so JC, i mean tim i was wondering, when turning water into wine do you go for a merlot, shiraz or maybe a cab sav. and what vintage is it? The White wines tend to come out as either a 1995 or urine, so it's a little risky. The red wine reliably comes out as a 1992 Merlot, so is best served with steak. One of my favorite tricks is convert the blood in the cow into merlot, then cook it ;)

mmmmmm cow blood merlot. iv'e recently been experimenting with turning donkey marrow into a healthy alternative for cream cheese, id say the results are mixed, im not at the blood to wine stuff yet, but im well on the way

P.s Tim what do you were under those robs??? or do you do what the Scotts do?

Hmm I had a nice bottle of 2004 hanging rock (merlot) house red the other night :) was very palatable... and sure i didnt make it out of water... but i did pick it... bottle it... then box it :P (i have my own collection of wine :))

i've been hitting the sweet whites lately, the brown bros croution reisling is always a popular choice with me, as well as there muskata, very sweet but enjoyable in this hot weather

i am surprised, but remember sticklan isn't a licenced venue so watch for Judus or you might be turned into the soldiers... i mean cops. Wow, sounds almost a threat.

i've been hitting the sweet whites lately, the brown bros croution reisling is always a popular choice with me, as well as there muskata, very sweet but enjoyable in this hot weather If you like sweet white wine, i suggest a hanging rock 'S' its in a long thin bottle very nice :)
